Pours straw, large fading head.Nose shows watermelon, soft doughy notes. Little else.Flavours include watermelon, refreshing acidity. Some doughy wheat notes but pretty clean.

Tap at the Collingwood brewpub. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is smooth buttery yeast, big fresh dry watermelon. The flavour is light sour with a light crisp fresh super fruity, watery palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. Not the kind of beer I would normally go for but this was pretty exceptional.

As advertised, it's a salty watermelon beer. If you're a big sour fan, you'll probably find this too tame. It's a nice novel beer with plenty of watermelon flavour but it has a pretty thin palate and personally I'm not quite sure that salt and watermelon are a match made in heaven.
