Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear earthy yellow with a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has citrus and mandarin with a light sweet grain backbone. Flavor has a combination of citrus and grains with a slight rind underlying.

Draft at brewery's pop-up Melbourne Airport bar. Pours amber. No noticeable nose. Big resiny taste however. Action-packed for a mid-strength IPA.

Tap at the Collingwood brewpub. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin white head. The aroma is buttery yeast, zesty orange citrus . The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a dry crisp yeasty, citrus fruit, light floral, dry hop palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
