Cast handpull at the Great Northern Hotel, Melbourne. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head and some broken white lace. The aroma is big dough biscuit malt, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a super smooth rich malty light woody hop bitter palate. Served warm at cellar temperature and true to the style. Goes down so well. Awesome!
