Tap at the Alehouse Project, Melbourne. Poured a clear dark brown with a frothy tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, charcoal, liqouirce, light coffee, some dark chocolate notes. The flavour light sweet, liqouirce bitter with a dry roasty, liqouirce, floral, warm alcoholic bitter palate and a lingering alcohol bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
