Tap at the brewery. Poured a milky straw colour with a thin white head. The aroma is yeast, fresh stone fruits, spicy hop. The flavour is light to moderate sour with a crisp lime citrus, salt, smooth warm chilli spice palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. The chilli clearly dominates in the finish but it’s a warm smooth gentle burn. You know it’s there but it won’t destroy your palate.
