Tap at the Ballarat Beer Festival 2018. Poured a murky medium brown with a big frothy light tan head. The aroma is caramel malt, toffee, nuts, liqouirce woody hop. The flavour is moderate dry liquorice bitter light sweet with a dry roasty, light floral hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
