MALTS: Gladfield Ale, Best Dark Munich, Gladfield Toffee, Gladfield Medium Crystal, Simpsons Chocolate, Flaked Barley.
HOPS: Brewers Gold and Hull Melon.
YEAST: Wyeast Biere de Garde.
OTHER INGREDIENTS: Raspberries, black cherries.

Tap at the Richmond brewery. Poured a clear dark brown with a thin off white head. The aroma is toffee caramel roasty malt, yeast and red berry fruits. The flavour is light sour light sweet with a dry malt, light tart fruity, dry hop palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
