B.G.P. yeast esters bring clean pear and red fruit pastille flavours and subtle bubblegum funk. Mild, clear sweetness yields to fruitiness then a warming alcohol finish with a very slight bitterness.

Tap at the Richmond brewery. Poured a slightly hazy straw colour with a thin white head and a few bubbles. The aroma is dry malt, Belgian yeast, peach, stone fruits, dry mineral, light bubblegum, alcohol. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a big crisp, malt, yeasty dry bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
