Tap at the Forester, Melbourne. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a light fresh yeasty, biscuit, lime citrus aromatic lemongrass. The flavour is moderate sour with a light watery crispy fresh yeasty light thiai spiced palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
