An Imperial Pastry Stout with Thai Banana & Toasted and fresh coconut. Brewed in collaboration with Track Brewing.
“We went all out with Track Brewing on this one! The On Track set features two Imperial Stouts – same base beer but with different adjuncts.
This hefty Stout was recirculated through wild Thai bananas and toasted coconut. Expect huge chocolate and dark caramel notes with candied banana, toasty coconut and some roastiness to balance things out.
Please store cold and drink fresh! Optimal serving temperature is around 15°C.”

Canned 440ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Pitch black coloured, minimal brownish head that went away immediately, chocolate, alcohol and light banana in the nose. Candy banana, burnt caramel, chocolate, some alcohol and a way too sweet finish. A way too sweet overall.

Smooth and dry roasty with some coconut, banana, earthiness and hints of coffee. Sweetish finish, banana notes are quite subtle.
