An Imperial Pastry Stout with Peruvian Coffee & Ugandan Vanilla. Brewed in collaboration with Track Brewing.
“We went all out with Track Brewing on this one! The On Track set features two Imperial Stouts – same base beer but with different adjuncts.
This one was recirculated through Ugandan vanilla beans and coffee from Good Life Coffee. You can expect huge dark caramel and mocha notes with vanilla-led milk chocolate and some roastiness to balance things out.
Please store cold and drink fresh! Optimal serving temperature is around 15°C.”

Canned 440ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Black coloured, small brown head, coffee and light vanilla in the nose. Roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, vanilla and noticable alcohol with nutty touch in the finish. Quite nice.

Opaque colour, small brownish head. Coffeeish aroma with caramel and caffee latte with some booze too. Full-bodied. Toasted, vanilla, mocha, coffee, toffee in the flavour. Smooth, sweetish and coffeish.

On tap at Stigbergets Fot. Pours black with a minimal head. Tons of rich chocolate, brown sugar, and coffee. Flavour is very dense and chocolatey, dry roasted malts. Perhaps a bit sweet, but very nicely done.

On tap at Stigbergets Fot, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has rich dark coffee, black liquorice, dark sugars, and almost a root beer-like character. Flavour is very rich, with intense coffee, black liquorice, dark burnt sugars, and a touch of anise. Rich coffee and black liquorice, with a fairly brutal finish. Very good despite its brutality.

440ml can. Pitch black with a thin brown head. Aroma of vanilla, caramel, coffee, chocolate. Taste is very rich, sweet, lots of caramel and vanilla up front, coffee, dark chocolate, some liquorice and dark fruit, some coffee/roast bitterness but it's definitely on the sweeter side, light alcohol warmth. Full bodied, smooth.
