Our good friends from Wales – Polly’s Brew! We wanted to blend some of our most used hops with a few we hadn’t yet tried in the dry hop. Citra and Nelson Sauvin are our favorites that we use regularly, but we added a touch of Sabro and some Idaho 7 to spice things up.

Poured hazy and light orange in color.
Juicy and soft with fresh hoppyness. Apricot notes, not much bitterness.

Juicy tropical fruity and intensely hoppy with some citrus, herbal dankness, pine, citrus and hints of coconutty vibes and sweetness. Quite juicy and fruity, pretty nice.
