Our good friends from Wales – Polly’s Brew! We wanted to blend some of our most used hops with a few we hadn’t yet tried in the dry hop. Citra and Nelson Sauvin are our favorites that we use regularly, but we added a touch of Sabro and some Idaho 7 to spice things up.

Can ordered from Left Field Beer. Hazy light orange. Thick foamy white head. The aroma is floral with sweet porridge. A stone fruit edge. Flavourwise ir has different elements- a sweet porridge core mixed in with sweet fruit juice. However there's a more bitter stone fruit edge with herbs abd a light prickle of spice. Gains resinous bitterness - a tease at least - into the finish. Heavy bodied. Creamy. Pretty flat as far as the carbonation goes. Perhaps a slight tingle. Long finish with a h8nt of the astringent.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a very mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth light pale malts, quite a sweet creamy vibe but just the right side of being oversweet. Smooth cooling pine. Good juicy citrus, bright, nice mango streak. Whisper or Nelson gooseberry. Sabro, subtley used, but adding a nice pineapple. Idaho 7 just fills in all the gaps with it's broad spectrum goodness. Smooth finish. A very juicy and hop fruity dipa that drinks very easy. An overall forward sweetness could possibly be dialled back a notch but, that is a nit pick. Finished the can in no time

From tap at Baxfest 2025. Citrusy hop with grass, zesty citrus peel, lemon, some pineapple. Moderate bitter, lightly sweetish. Easy.

Can. Color: Very hazy orange, frothy white head. Aroma: Hoppy, fruity orange, melon, tropical fruit. Taste: Dense and smooth malty base, sweetish, fruity mix of orange, melon, some overripe white grape and sweetish tropical fruit. Spicy hop notes. Over moderate to medium sweet, moderate bitterness. Just over medium body, just below average carbonation. On the sweet side but ok overall.

440ml can. Murky golden, white head. Aroma of grape, gooseberry, melon, tropical fruits. Taste is vinous, grape, gooseberry, melon, mango, passionfruit, a little sweet, no real bitterness. Medium bodied. Very good but not quite on the same level as the other collabs.

Can picked up from Beyond Beer webshop Hamburg and consumed at home Saturday 26th April 2025 after a day spent building steps in the garden, listening to Viagra Boys - Viagr Aboys and we have Cabbage Rolls with Sauerkraut Leaves, Beef and Rice in a Tomato Sauce from our new Kapusta book. Pours milky yellow with a large white head. Quite sweet and of course being a NEIPA (DIPA), it's creamy and with a thick mouthfeel. A little dusty hoppiness but only a touch, light tropical fruit, it's fine but doesn't really wow me.
