We have always loved Beak’s beers, and after they attended our Beer Festival, we love them even more! During the festival, we wrote this banger of a recipe. For our 2nd Anniversary party, we wanted to brew some amazing collabs with our friends from the UK. So here’s a Hazy DIPA made with Beak Brewing from Lewes, UK. It’s hopped with some of our favorites: Citra, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, and Nectaron

Draft @ Juova, Helsinki.
Poured hazy deep yellow in color.
Nz hops, grapes, vinous. Juicy and fresh. Maybe slight hoo burn, but not disturbing here. Solid.

Can picked up from Beyond Beer webshop. Drinking this at home Saturday 12th April 2025 after another hard day of gardening, we're cooking Dishoom Mattar Paneer (couldn't find Paneer so using Chicken), also Dishoom Bowl of Greens and Spicy Rice. Pours milky white/yellow with a white head. Thick mouthfeel, drinks far easier than it should for 8%, hops are really building but certainly not harsh, but lots of hoppy burps. Good but not amazing.

Right. Sweetish, juicy tropical fruity and citrusy with some pineapple, peaches, floral hops, grapefruit and lime. Quite juicy and hoppy.
