ROEM Raspberry Pastry Sour is a balanced fruited sour, brewed with barley malt, wheat malt and flaked oats, Barbe Rouge hops, lactose and Philly Sour yeast. We also added vanilla and raspberries for a well rounded, drinkable sour.

Tap at Eiber festival. Almost clear ruby with pink had.assive berries, lactose, cornflakes, raspberries, lemon juice. Quite sour, medium sweet. Over light bodied.
