On tap at Ebenezers, Crewe. Pours a murky pale straw with a small foamy white head and good lacing. There’s floral hops and stone fruit in the aroma. In the mouth it is sweet and zesty but with some underlying bitterness which gradually comes to dominate. Flavour has floral hops, mango and melon to start with hints of spices coming through later leading to a gingery finish. No really my sort of beer, but is quite pleasant – it certainly hides it’s strength well.

Tap at Cherry Reds, Birmingham. Hazy orange with consistent white head. Its quite zesty with grapefruit and orange and a bitter herbal edge . Medium bodied, semi-drying. Good IPA, hits all the right notes without being outstanding.
