Rothbeer Apollo program #02. A braggot az északi népek titokzatos középkori világába visz minket vissza. Félig mézbor, félig árpasör és előszeretettel főztek bele bódító füveket, bogyókat is. Utóbbit kihagytuk, helyette kedvenc angol és belga malátáink harmóniáját kerestük a hazai termelói virágmézzel. Ajánljuk téli holdfényes estékre, ritka bolygóegyüttállásokra, nászutas hangulatokra.

Kicsi, gyorsan elillanó hab, szűretlen, barna szín. Alig érezhető, mézes, fűszeres illat. Kissé mézes és édeskés, fűszeres ízek. Lágy, közepesen testes, enyhén keserű. Kellemes sör.

0.33l bottle. Brown body with a thin white head. Aroma and taste of honey, caramel, cloves, juniper, cloves and booze. Interesting drink.

Tap at Jónás Kézműves Sörház, Budapest. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is sweet grainy malt, light honey, earthy mineral. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet with a dry malt, woody hop, alcoholic bitter palate and a long warm alcoholic bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. I expected a sweetie but it was too alcoholic and bitter. Not great.
