Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a cloudy yellow color with a medium sized foamy off white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was tart ginger powder, a bit of citrus and bread dough. The flavor was tart and bitter ginger powder, lemon and perfume. Fairly dry. Medium length finish. Medium body. Meh.
