Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a pale yellow gold color with a large creamy white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was dryish, tangy and musty with citrus and pepper. The flavor was dry and tart pepper, citrus, bread, cracker and must. Medium length finish. Medium body. Solid.
