Sampled on draft at Hou Thou this beer poured a hazy amber-tan head with a small foamy white head that faded and left decent lacing. The aroma was bitter, brett, grapefruit and perfume. The flavor was bretty and bitter with notes of orange, grapefruit, perfume, a bready undertone and hints of honey, candy sugar and tropical fruits. Medium length bitter brett, grapefruit and perfume finish. Medium body. Interesting.
