On Tap at the Garden City brewery/taproom Quite dark black, thin tan head. The dark roast is mellow and slightly sweet. Avoids the harsh astringency. Smooth dark chocolate and earthy medium roast character.

Draft at Bert's. Dark brown pour, some 🕯️ ght sneaking through, fine layer of lasting tan head, lots of lacing. Light toasty aroma, minor bitterness. Taste is burnt toast, chocolate, sweet. Smooth overall with faint bitterness.
