Refrigerated 0.5 L brown bottle poured into a glass. Hazy golden with huge white head. Aroma is yeasty, medium body, well carbonated, and little lacing. Taste is yeasty and herbal hops.

In the same ballpark as Orval, so that's nice. Funky nose, bretty funk, barnyard, cheese, some floral hopping. Flavor is complex, earthy, cheese, mildly sweet graininess, doughy, light to medium bitterness. Dry finish with a lingering blue cheese saltiness and floral hops. Pure golden color, light haze, foaming head.

Bottle/Fest. A- Funk, brett, barnyard, lemon. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Soap, barnyard, funky, citrus, mild spice. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, funky finish. O- Tons of funk and barnyard. Pretty standard by Prairie's brews. Okay but not quite my thing.

Tap@Fermentoren. Copenhagen - golden pour with white head. Tart fruity and floral and grassy hoppy with some citrus fruity notes, wet grass, some lemony citrus fruity hoppy backing, floral herbal fruity hoppy close.

On tap at Druggists. Pours gold. Funk, spice, lemon, bread, bubblegum, little tartness. Fantastic saison.

Tap at Druggists Singapore. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is dry yeast, stone fruits. The flavour is moderate dry grainy malt, tropical fruit, light spice, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

On tap. Light amber colour, small head. Aroma is pine, spices. Light bitterness. Smooth. Good, but not exceptional.
