A bit on the dry side like a Japanese rice lager but has more of the body of a red ale. Solid.

330ml bottle from Beers of Europe: BBE July 2022. Drank at home on 20th August 2021. Poured into an old Hoegaarden Grand cru stemmed tulip glass. Misty amber body, red hue to the colour, wispy head that soon disappeared completely. Strawberry esters in the nose, they turn up in the flavour too, but not sweetened. Didn't really know what to expect, but it's OK and although I'm a traditional British Bitter drinker I like to try different styles and cultures beers. Glad I bought this.

Amber beer, lightly hazy with a white head. Flavour is a little fruity, there's a bit of booziness there, some malt. Nice balance in it. Pretty decent.

Ein sehr gefälliges Bier, das mit einer eigenen japanischen roten Reissorte gebraut wird. Grundsätzlich hat Mais oder Reis im Bier -in unseren Breiten nicht viel verloren. Wenn man das aber ehrlich kommuniziert und eine eigene Spezialität daraus macht, finde ich das ok. Dieses Bier lässt sich wirklich gemütlich trinken, da es recht süß ist und die Bittere nicht sehr hervorsticht. Der Aromenbaum ist nicht allzu komplex, aber als einfaches Bier zum Essen kann ich es mir ganz gut vorstellen

Bottle, online from Beers of Europe. Pours deep amber towards red with a beige head. Aroma: barley, rice, sweet bead, yeast. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, honey, bread crust, rye, cereals, rice, earth, caramel, light herbal. Medium body with soft carbonation.

Brownish-reddish color a a small white head. Red berries with nice malts. Spicy.

Aged Sample Head gone in seconds, light red-copper beer. Old cookies, mild oxidation, ricewater, old grains/rice indeed. More of the same in the taste. Old cookies, oxidated nuts and indeed red rice - flavour is unmistakable. Thinned by the aging, but still certain viscosity. Sticky - as rice. Pity about the aging, it must have been really good fresh. Thanks to Stef!
