Keg at Mash Paddle, 24/01/2025.
Golden blonde topped with a lasting white cap.
Nose is lemon rind, grass, yeast esters, herb, straw.
Taste comprises hedgerow, herb, barnyard bite, straw, faint citric zest.
Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close.
Not bad for the ABV.
