Pale Lager. A Czech-inspired collaboration with Wishful Thinking, somewhat of a Philadelphia-brewed version of our last brew, On Second Thought, made in Bethlehem. Brewed with Czech floor malted pilsner & Munich malts, hopped with an ample bounty of two variations of Czech-grown Saaz, and fermented with “the” Pilsner yeast. Fermented gently, naturally carbonated, and conditioned cold, for a total 9-week production time. 4.2% abv

Draught at source: pours light orange with white head. Aroma lightly grainy and grassy. Taste is low bitterness, sweet and lightly malty.
