Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a hazy apricot color with a small foamy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was citrus, honey, whiskey and bread. The flavor was tangy and sweet table sugar, honey, candied pears, orange, wood and Canadian whiskey. Medium length tangy and sweet finish with bread, honey and pear lingering. Full bodied and just a touch boozy. Nice.
