The Rivertowne guys generally go an excellent job with fruit beers but this one failed to deliver. +++ Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a hazy yellow-golden color with a huge foamy off white head that lingered and left some lacing. The aroma was tart and tangy with faint apricot. The flavor was very tart and tangy with a light sourdough bread element and moderate notes of apricot and sugar. The finish was long, tangy and had lingering tart apricot. Medium body. Decent.
