A testbrew with a new honey. We made a nice beer with a less dominant flavour from the Honey. Gấu means bear, and I am sure the bears like this easy drinking nectar.

Bottle at the Hanoi brewpub. Completely exploded when the bottle was opened. Half the beer was lost. Poured a hazy medium to light amber with a huge frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, mineral, honey, floral hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a light watery malt, light fruit, floral hop bitter palate and a fizzy mouthfeel. Medium to light bodied with lively carbonation.

On tap at The 100 Garden, pours a hazy golden with a large beige head. Aroma brings out cereal malt and very light honey. Flavour is subtle, with cereal malts and just a touch of honey. Soft and easy, but uninteresting.
