Tap at the Hanoi brewpub. Poured a hazy golden amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is dry malt, herby, light spice. The flavour is moderate to light sour with a smooth, dry crisp biscuit dough malt, floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
