By adding hops very late, we have created a well balanced ipa with a lot of floral notes from the hops, and some taste of minerals from the water.

Tap at the Hanoi brewpub. Poured a crystal clear light straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, barnyard, light hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a watery, light woody floral hop bitter palate. Light bodied with average to soft carbonation. The ABV Is a little high for a session IPA but it didn't tasre like a 5.2% beer.
