A classical wheat beer. The sweetish, almost, candylike aromas, balanced out with the lemony scents from the NZ Motueka hop, only added after the boil.
Finally we add some fresh passion. The citric, almost gummy bear-ish aroma of the passion suits this beer good.

Tap at the Hanoi brewpub. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, passion fruit, light floral hop. The flavour is light sweet, light acid sour with a crisp dry, fresh, tart citrus fruit palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation.
