Just a lager - our first attempt to make a Lager beer, came out smooth, easy and good. Bottom fermented, cold stored for months, and gone soon.

Tap at the Hanoi brewpub. Called a pils but labelled at the brewpub as a lager. Poured a crystal clear light amber with a thin white head. The aroma is skunky lager malt, gluey toffee light hop. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a smooth, rich, dry malt, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
