Benannt nach dem Gose Fluss und ursprünglich vor etwa 1000 Jahren in Goslar entstanden, war dieser säuerliche Bierstil sehr beliebt in Leipzig.
Bevor der Bierstil nahezu gänzlich in Vergessenheit geriet, wurde dieser erfrischende Stil durch die Craft Bier Bewegung wiederbelebt.

0,33l bottle at home. BB 07.04.2025 (got this 3 days ago directly from the brewery, so a bit surprised by short BB date). amber clear color, medium big white head. Smells flowery, lemon, ice tea, bit herbal. nice smell. medium body, soft carbonation. Tastes lemon, citrus, ice tea notes, bit herbal, light mango. Finishes lightly dry with notes of citrus, ice tea and and some herbal notes. interesting one, pretty good to drink, not much of a Gose though.
