A classic west coast style IPA with the not so classic addition of Vienna and rye malt, giving it a sweet, nutty, and spicy malt backbone. We used West coast grown Chinook and Cascade hops and hit it with a heavy dry hop of the same. The result is a dry, yet sweet, classic IPA bursting with citrus and pine. Notes of orange marmalade, concolor fir tips, and fruit loops.
