A crisp and classic Czech style pale lager that was dreamt up with our friends at Autodidact Brewing. This beer is a simple base of bohemian floor malted Pilsner malt. It’s generously hopped in the kettle with Czech Kazbek. Lagered for several weeks and 100% naturally carbonated during the lagering process. Clean, crisp, and simple with just enough bitterness to round it out. Notes of lime zest and fresh hay, with an earthly and floral finish.

Draft at brewery. Number one with a bullet. Medium gold pour. Small white head. Light faint malt nose hints at green apples. Flavor is more light grain. Dryish notes in middle. Some herbal hops. More green apple. Dry, dusty finish.
