An Austrian style lager with a base of equal parts Vienna and pilsner malts and a touch of Maris Otter for some sweet, caramel notes. Hopped in the kettle with German Tettnang to give it subtle earthy and spicy undertones. Lagered cold for many weeks to develop this beer's delicate flavors. Notes of toffee, pumpernickel bread, and honey.
