Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale gold, fairly hazy, with fine white foam, stable. Aroma is intensely herbal and spiced, with rosemary and star anise, balsamic. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderately sweet, but with a dry final.
