Brewer Westy has been craving the opportunity to get down with the brown since his 2014 Brown Sisters brew.
This collaboration with the team at Arbory finally gave him a chance to brew this sessionable but flavoursome American Brown Ale.

AROMA: Predominantly hop driven with citrus and pine notes from American hops.
FLAVOUR: Refreshingly light bodied with subtle chocolate malt roasted flavour and light hop bitterness.

HOPS: Chinook, Centennial, Cascade.
OTHER INGREDIENTS: US Ale Yeast.

Tap at the Melbourne brewery. Poured a hazy medium reddish brown with a thin white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is malt, light cocoa, light citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light, dry, crisp, malty, light nutty,, light woody citrus hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
