Queen è una birra ad alta fermentazione, dal colore nero impenetrabile. Al naso predomina un'intensa nota di caffè ma soprattutto cacao. Al sorso il gusto avvolgente delle fave di cacao provenienti da Ecuador e Perù caratterizza la bevuta, solleticata sul finale da un leggero tocco di peperoncino.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours black, with very fine cream foam. Aroma is coffee, and a subtle chili pepper feeling. Body is slightly thin, with limited carbonation. Evident chili, though not excessive, giving a nice tongue tickling. Taste is roasty but not excessive. A little sweetness. Final is pretty long with chilliness.
