The Duvel Tripel Hop Cashmere is a Belgian IPA with a nicely balanced bitterness as you are used to from Duvel. 'Cashmere' is the result of crossing a female 'Cascade' hop plant with a male 'Northern Brewer' hop plant.
With this Duvel Tripel Hop we use aroma hop Cashmere as the third hop variety. Grown in Washington's Yakima Valley, this hop enriches Duvel's flavor palette with fresh notes of coconut, citrus, peach and melon.
To brew Duvel Tripel Hop, the brewers do not simply add a third hop, but they use the dry-hopping technique. This brewing technique means that in addition to the hops during the boiling process, extra hops are also added at a later stage of the brewing process (during the lagering process). Bottle from Cork & Cask. Hazy golden body with a white head. Lively carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of cucumber and underripe pear. Flavour of grass and green vegetable notes. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Clean, crisp and hides the alcohol very well.

Smell-hops, weak Belgian tones, weak acidic tones Foam- thin, large in mouth, hops, weak bitter and acidic tones, and more hops. Head is large, white color goes away quite fast though. Sticks a bit. Appearance- beer-specific bottle cap, simple classic label. Clear yellow-amber color, weak carbonation. From - pint Taste- hoppy, bitter, acidic, and malty. Lemon taste all over it mixed with hops. Very weird combo. Belgian yeast in the mix. Very messy and unbalanced. If you like pure hops and lemon mix, this is for you. Alcohol is hidden by all the weirdness, so that is nice, right?

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a rich and lacing white head with good retention. A dry and spicy hop aroma - not exactly overwhelming though. Medium body, strangely unclean notes, dusty and moldy with a good, finishing bitterness. Seems old and unfresh with a BB of 01-22. These single hop Duvels really fail to excite me. 160921

bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianca media grana persistente, color giallo pallido limpido, al naso è fresca agrumi pompelmo frutta tropicale, in bocca il luppolo domina spezie agrumi pesca cocco, carbonazione moderata, corpo medio, alcool ben bilanciato, dolce con amaro accentuato. dobre piwo, jak zawsze kazde z tej chmielnej serii duvela mi smakuje, ten chmiel tez jest tu fajny. piana spora w kielichu duvela trzyma sie niezle, niczym snieg na przeleczy Krzyzne w czerwcu tego roku. zlociste, musujace. chmielne w smaku, leciutenko zywiczne, posmak ananasa, lekko slodowe, dobrze wyszlo.
