Four years ago we were feeling the fatigue of COVID and came up with an absolutely nonsense idea for a beer. We posted this on April Fools Day, but it wasn’t a joke, it was real, and we actually made it. Pączki Pastry Stout with pączki from Coffee Time of Salem.

We teased the brew day earlier that week with actual Pączki being harmed in the brewing process, and when we released it curbside y’all were floored it was real. Post after post on socials “they actually made it!”
