Named after the iconic Sonic Youth song, BULL IN THE HEATHER was designed with all the ingredients at play in mind. A simple blonde malt base with added pilsner and wheat malt help accentuate the fresh cut strawberry and lemon aromas from kettle additions of Heather Tips and the German Huell Melon hops. A post fermentation addition of Sabro hops and Earl Grey Tea Blossom blossom lend additional citrus notes making this Blonde Ale the perfect, refreshing spring crusher at 4.5% ABV. ⁣
