Aged in a combination of Willet and Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels. This year's Witch Meadow Black features a combination of Vietnamese Cinnamon, Vanilla from Madagascar and Mexico, and Guatemalan coffee roasted by our friends at Ashlawn Farm Coffee. A classic combination in some ways, we intentionally sourced each ingredient with an eye towards bringing an added layer of spice character compatible with the other elements and highlighting the inherent qualities of the base. This year we're pickup up an enjoyable banana bread quality, mocha, and intense vanilla.
