Cryoconcentrated apple and rhubarb ice wine made from Danish Svendborg wine rhubarb and Salsa apples. The ice wine has a nicely balanced acidity and sweetness with delicious intense syrupy notes of rhubarb and apple. A fantastic blend between two favorite Danish fruits and vegetables!

Excellent with rhubarb pie, fresh desserts or as a nice glass on its own.

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Clear amber without head. Aroma is sweet apples, caramel and rhubarb. Flavor is very sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. Oily, soft and smooth. 050425

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich rhubarb in the nose and lots of apples to the tongue. Nicely balanced. Good stuff.
