Fields is a limited edition trio of beers, each highlighting a different hop variety from the latest Yakima Chief Hops harvest. The focus of this Double Dry-Hopped pale is a single lot of hand selected Citra, paired with an extraordinarily expressive batch of Mosaic. Expect aromas of bergamot and lemon verbena, followed by flavours reminiscent of OJ, tangerine and Seville marmalade.

Tap at Beergeek Bar. Murky yellowish body, off-white head. Resinous, dank, peachy, citric aroma, lovely! Very, very pleasant juicy taste, tangerine, some peach, some lime, low resin, lovely stuff! Bit limp, and the aroma is shaky at moments towards onion, but man this is good!

Tap at BeerGeek. Haze present, but this is a really hops-forward piece. Medium body, med-high carbo. Med-high bitterness, especially finishing quite dry, while sweetness is light, malts in the background. Lots of dank mosaic hops character, also lots of citruses, a bit exotic. Very very nice, easy drinking, well mosaic is one of my top favourite hops. Great beer.
