Fields is a limited edition trio of beers, each highlighting a different hop variety from the latest Yakima Chief Hops harvest. The focus of this Double Dry-Hopped pale is a single lot of hand selected Citra, paired with an extraordinarily expressive batch of Mosaic. Expect aromas of bergamot and lemon verbena, followed by flavours reminiscent of OJ, tangerine and Seville marmalade.

Taste comprises orange pith, hint of stone fruit, guava, ripe melon, soft malts.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy hop bitterness.
Solid fresh tasting and juicy pale.

18th July 2025
Can. A light haze on this yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Thinnish malts, but sweet enough. Light crisp pine and slightly tangy ripe lemon. A little floral lemon. A whisper of modern Mosaic candy fruits. Light tangy finish. Surprisingly lemon, neither of the hops are known for it. Nice pale ale.
