Drown in the dazzling splendour of this Gold Top DIPA. Citra, Nectaron and Riwaka are complimented by their extra-special analogues to deliver pastel yellow perfection. Every sip tastes like a soothing mouthful of mango lassi,
a glazing of your gullet with the syrup from sliced tinned peaches, and the guilty pleasure of pineapple on pizza; whilst the lick of lactose transports you to a summer's day spent scouring piazzas for soft, Sicilian gelato.

Hops: Citra, Citra 702, Nectaron, Nectaron Cryo, Eggers Special & Riwaka

Can. A light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy smooth palate, good fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Pale malts present as a light and soft creamy sweetness. Another gob smacking hop bill from Track is, for me, not fully realised potential because of a slight predominance of skunk, albeit soft. When the fruity layer does materialise, it's a thing of beauty! Juicy lychee and other exotic fruits, juicy citrus, a little ripe, a nice serving of stone fruits. Touch of berry fruits underneath. Make the skunk the bottom later instead of the top and I think this would be in the stratosphere. As served - excellent.
