330ml bottle. Pours a clear gold yellow with a small, foamy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Aroma of bready wheat malt, yeast, coriander, lemongrass and floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy wheat malt, orange peel, coriander, nutmeg, floral and grassy hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. A little disappointing.

Old rating from 13-01-15 - 330ml bottle poured at home in Jersey. It's yellow/orange colour with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of orange peel, nutmeg, coriander, flora, hints of spice & wheat malt. Medium body & carbonation. Medium bitter slightly sour finish. Outstanding Witbier

Bottle - first impression is that you’re drinking Lemon Pledge. No aftertaste, so it grows on you a bit.

Bottle. I’m impressed. I was not expecting much from this Japanese beer. Nice aroma. Taste like a nice witbier. Very carbonated, careful it will overflow. Highly recommended.

Hazy yellow pour, aromas or lemon grass, fresh cut grass, and some citrus. Flavor is sharp, and touch tart. Corriander, and more citrus come through. Light bitter finish with a very slight sourness.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal frumento. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido apparenza velato. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage, con carbonazione frizzante, allegra, vivace e persistente. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frumento, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi, coriandolo e arancia.

Аромат очень солодвый, сильно кислит, ощущаются орехи. Цвет обычный, травы не чувствуются. Послевкусие солодовое, слегка на отенке ощущается хмель. А в целом очень странное пиво, без вкусное и кислое. Возможно просто пиво прокисло.

350ml can from LCB, consumed 2 months past BBE. Pours a semi-hazed orange-gold with brief lively white head. Aroma of orange juice, wheat, coriander. Taste as per nose with a nice balance to it, the orange having a nice tang and the spices giving a warming effect. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation but enough to help bring out the zest in the orange. Good.
