Single hopped using the lovely new Superdelic hop from New Zealand. Superdelic leaf used in the bittering then dry hopped both during and post fermentation. Very powerful aroma with a bit of everything going on, citrus, berry, the works, reminiscent of fruit salad chews hence the badge design. The correct amount of bitterness and with 14gm per litre, the heaviest hopped and most expensive beer we've ever brewed!

Keg at the Pelican, Gloucester, 04/04/2025.
Hazed orange topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is orange zest, grass, bitter tropical fruit esters.
Taste comprises bitter orange, papaya, ripe melon, grass.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with earthy come grassy hop bitterness.
Not bad.
