A smooth, creamy, breakfast Stout made with Ecuadorian cacao nibs, oatmeal, lactose sugar, and locally roasted One Line coffee. We mashed a cinnamon roll and a piece of bacon to round out this 'brunch' in a glass.

Sample at the brewpub. Dark brown color with a medium thin creamy beige head that recedes steadily to a dense film. Small patches of lace. Aroma of coffee, malt and chocolate. Medium body with flavors of roast malt, cinnamon coffee and cocoa. The finish is sweet and roasty with a cinnamon and coffee aftertaste. Decent overall.
